Sleep Well Programme

Co-operation Ireland are actively promoting a 4 week on-line programme for adults called ‘Sleep Well’ which will begin on Tuesday 8th June at 3pm until 4pm on zoom.

The need for such a programme has been raised as a result of Covid and the emergence of poor sleeping patterns which has had a negative impact on peoples overall health and wellbeing.

During the programme participants will gain a better understanding of sleep problems and explore ways to achieve a better night’s sleep. Sessions will focus upon the importance of nutrition, yoga/meditation skills and stress relief methods.
