Ardara Community Childcare is a purpose built childcare facility. We provide full day care, part time care and sessional care for all families in our catchment area. We provide an afterschool service for the 5 schools in our catchment area. We accept children from 5mths to 12yrs of age in the service.  We employ fully qualified staff. We deliver a play based, child lead experience for all families using our service, the curriculum we deliver is based on Aistear. We have a waiting list for most rooms as demand for service is high.

The staff team are very warm and welcoming and always have your child’s best interests at heart. We aim to meet parents for progress updates on your child at least twice per year, during covid this has been by Zoom but we have still managed to ensure you as parents are valued, you as the primary carer know your child best.

We work closely with outside professionals to ensure that all children’s needs are met, we work with the Early Intervention Team, PHN, Doctor, Speech and Language, Occupational therapist, physiotherapist to name a few. We are always happy to implement recommendations from professionals into our sessions to help a child to learn.
